Brat ~ Polish Sausage~ Hot dog

Cheese - Swiss Cheese or Cheese of choice

Sauerkraut Mustard ~yellow ~stone ground ~Dijon of choice

Prepare Heavenly Waffles as directed. Fill iron with less mix to make them thinner. Cool and set aside. Grill brats. Put prepared Heavenly Waffles on plate add cheese, sauerkraut, mustard & grilled brats corner to corner on diagonal fold in.
