Heavenly Waffles & Ice Cream - Yes Please!

Indulge in a unique tasty twist on the traditional ice cream sandwich! 

Ingredients & Tools Needed:

• Heavenly Waffles Mix - Original, Gluten-Free or any flavor will work
• Your favorite ice-cream
• 3 inch Ring Mold (any size will work) 
• Press & Seal Wrap

Cook off Heavenly Waffles - Sandwich Style; (video here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SmZ1oc_OoXo) prepare the batter the same as traditional Heavenly Waffles. However, only pour a thin layer in a hot waffle iron (barely covering the bottom of the waffle iron & spread)  

When ready,  pop out of the iron - Place Heavenly Waffles with the flat side up, on a piece of  press and seal,  take your ring mold and cut out your 3inch Heavenly Waffles, keep the ring mold on and fill with your favorite ice cream, push ice cream to form a tight center, add your 2nd 3 inch Heavenly Waffles to form the sandwich. Wrap with your Press & Seal and pop in the freezer until frozen.
