Ever since trying these new light and fluffy waffles, they have replaced any previous waffles or pancakes. We love the flavor combinations, and how they pair well with maple syrup and other toppings! Love em!!!

The flavor was quite good. I did have to tweak the recipe though as I felt the batter was too runny. I added 1Tbsp of powdered peanut butter and 1 Tbsp of chocolate protein powder. By adding this it made it the perfect consistency for waffles. Next time, I will add the liquid slowly, mixing after the first 1/2 cup to ensure that I achieve the desired consistency.

For future cooking as an FYI our batter is traditionally thinner than most waffles/pancake batters, once you cook them they will turn out light and fluffy - Guaranteed!!
