Ingredients You'll Need

  • Heavenly Waffles            
  • Club Soda
  • Extra Lg Eggs
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper 
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1 jar sports pepper
  • 1 package of Italian Sausage Hot
  •  Favorite red sauce-pasta sauce or marinara
  • 1 tbs fennel seed 
  • 1 tbs oregano 
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 10 fresh basil leaves
  • mozzarella cheese slices
  • Kosher salt

Cooking Instructions:

Mix Heavenly Waffles a according to instructions one batch, add pasted garlic clove, fennel seed, oregano and dash of kosher salt to Heavenly Waffles Batter. Julienne onions bell peppers and sauté and sports peppers until soft, grill Italian sausage, heat up red sauce, cook off Heavenly Waffles  spread a very thin layer in the waffle iron see our video here on how to make sandwich style, and rest on bakers rack for 1 minute, while HWs are on bakers rack put 1 slice of cheese on top. Then plate the HWs ingredients in this order sliced Italian Sausage, spoon on peppers n onions red sauce, then chioffonade basil finish and sport pepper . Salt to taste Enjoy, Chef Bob Haney
