• 1 cup sparkling water or any carbonated drink
• 1 extra lg egg
• 1tbs oil (oil of choice) coconut oil, avocado oil, or veg oil
• 1 cup Heavenly Waffles® mix
• 1 tsp lemon zest
• 2 tbp powdered sugar

Directions

1. Add sparkling water, egg, and oil in Blender turn on low then add HW’s mix lemon zest on powdered sugar and blend on high 1m minute.
2. Heat waffle iron, spray with non stick spray fill 3/4 full and let HWs batter start to bubble (25-30 sec) before closing cook for 5 minutes or until desired crispness 
3. Top with whipped or softened butter and drizzle of real maple syrup and dust with powdered sugar.
