Homemade Whipped Cream (Classic + High-Protein Option)

Ingredients
Classic Whipped Cream:

1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)

2 tbsp powdered sugar (or honey/maple syrup)

½ tsp vanilla extract
High-Protein Option:

1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)

1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder (or unflavored collagen)

1–2 tbsp powdered sugar, monk fruit, or stevia (to taste)

½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Place mixing bowl and beaters/whisk in the freezer for 10 minutes (cold tools whip better).

Pour cold heavy cream into the bowl.

Add sweetener and vanilla.

For the high-protein version, also add protein powder or collagen.

Beat on medium-high speed with a hand mixer (or whisk vigorously) until soft peaks form.

For stiffer whipped cream, beat 30–60 seconds longer, but don’t over-whip.
- Serve immediately over Heavenly Waffles with your favorite fruit, or store covered in the fridge for up to 2 days.
