Ingredients

  • Original Heavenly Waffles mix (Gluten-Free works as well)
  • Brie cheese, rind removed and cut into small pieces
  • Low-sugar dried cranberries
  • Walnut halves or chopped walnuts
  • Fresh rosemary, finely chopped or small sprigs
  • Flaky sea salt
  • Real maple syrup

Recipe Directions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven or toaster oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2: Prepare the Waffle Bites

Prepare Heavenly Waffles batter according to package directions.
Using a preheated waffle iron, spoon 1–2 teaspoons of batter into the center to create small, bite-sized waffles.
Cook until lightly golden and set. Repeat until you have your desired number of waffle bites.

Step 3: Assemble the Bites

Place the waffle bites on the prepared baking sheet.
Top each waffle bite with:

  • A small piece of brie (rind removed)
  • A couple of dried cranberries
  • A walnut half or a few walnut pieces

Step 4: Bake

Bake at 350°F for 8–10 minutes, or just until the brie is melted and the walnuts are lightly toasted.

Step 5: Finish

Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving platter.
Sprinkle with fresh rosemary and a pinch of flaky sea salt.
Drizzle lightly with real maple syrup just before serving.

Step 6: Serve

Serve warm as a sweet-and-savory, protein-forward holiday appetizer.
