Ingredients

  • 1 cup sparkling water or any carbonated drink
  • 1 extra lg egg
  • 1tbs oil (oil of choice) coconut oil, avocado oil, or veg oil
  • 1 cup Heavenly Waffles® mix
  • 1/8 cup small diced raspberries
  • 1/8 cup small diced pineapple 

Directions

  1. Add sparkling water, egg, and oil in Blender turn on low, then add HW’s mix on high for 1 minute.
  2. After blending stir in raspberries and pineapple coating fruit completely.
  3. Heat waffle iron, spray with non stick spray fill 3/4 full and let HWs batter start to bubble (25-30 sec) before closing cook for 5 minutes or until desired crispness.
  4. Top with softened or whipped butter, and real maple syrup. dust with powdered sugar and sliced peaches
