What You’ll Need
- Heavenly Foods Cinnamon Apple Mix
- ¾ cup club soda or any carbonated beverage
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon oil (coconut, melted butter, ghee, vegetable, or canola)
- 1 cup fresh apple, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour (for tossing apples)
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- Nonstick spray or parchment paper

Preheat
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or generously spray with nonstick spray. -
Prepare the batter
