2 cups club soda or any carbonated beverage

3TBSP oil

1 egg

Prepare Heavenly Waffles according to packaging instructions

For Avocado Spread

3 small avocados

1/2 jalapeno

1/2 lime squeezed

1/4 small diced red onion

1/2 bunch sliced green onion

1 bunch minced cilantro

dash of white wine vinegar

Kosher salt to taste

1 tbs avocado oil

Smash with a potato masher until chunky

Dust with chili powder

Top with diced tomatoes
