Our mix is made with a dry yogurt base and includes added collagen for extra functional benefits. It’s light, fluffy, and packed with clean fuel to start your day right.

Each serving includes:

11g protein dry / 13g when prepared
Only 2g added sugar
140mg sodium (low)
Added collagen to support skin, joints, and recovery

To prepare, just mix with: club soda or sparkling water, 1 egg, and Avocado or coconut oil (or your preferred oil)
